She was the founding editor of indigo: the journal of Western Australian creative writing and has extensive experience in project management, marketing and community development. She is passionate about making beautiful books which express exquisite ideas. Clive Newman has worked in publishing for over thirty years establishing successful working relationships with literary agents and publishers in Australia Europe, Asia, USA and UK. He is experienced in negotiating international licensing agreements on behalf of writers and illustrators and a number of screen and stage adaptation rights agreements for original material first published in volume form. He has attended the world’s largest annual book fair in Frankfurt for 20 years.
